Brittanie Ari

Brittanie Ari, born and raised in Chicago, joined Barbereux as a Junior Kindergarten classroom assistant in June of 2011. Home-schooled for high school, she began attending Harold Washington college at the age of 13 and earned her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences when she was 15. She continued on to take additional coursework at the University of Illinois. She has worked as a nanny and mother’s helper for several years. Brittanie has traveled abroad to Germany, China, Taiwan and Japan and speaks fluent Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. She loves sharing stories and pictures of her travels with children, along with teaching the Mandarin language.
